Excellent service from the team. The lady was very helpful and knowledgable when we were initially enquiring about battery storage for our existing solar system. It was unfortunate we had to wait a long time for the battery but given Covid and hold ups in China we understood. The guys and who came out last week and fitted the battery were very pleasant, helpful, quick and extremely tidy ! They asked where we wanted the battery installed and ensured we were happy with placement prior to putting on the wall and then took us through the App and other important info before they left.
