Manashi to the rescue again!
I submit readings monthly at the end of each month, for monthly bills. Occasionally Good Energy sends an early estimate, which is always ridiculously high and bears no relation to my previous useage. Several times it has been Manashi who has sorted it out, to make sure the estimated bill is cancelled and I pay the right amount. Thanks so much Manashi! I just wish Good Energy computer systems were a bit more sensible.
