Yes great company. Helped throughout. One feedback is regarding the terms used on the portal which states a message read. Or read. And I don't know if it's to read or read. This could be addressed so make it clear. I know there is TO DO list and COMPLETED but it did confuse me every time I logged on. Lovely staff. Very helpful. accommodated any changes well . Said they would contact me once all gone through. But didn't receive any final correspondence. I looked on account and saw it had moved over to new provider.
