This is a real scammer.
This is a real scammer. I lived in a small flat one bed room, made a deposit and been monthly credited my account, never missed paying €60 - €80 as discussed by an agent and based on meter readings. Now upon closing the account midway on second contract, they charge me €440+ amount and immediately debited my account. They explained its the excess amount from previous months never been paid from winter. So basically they were saying I’m charged €100+ monthly even though I’m not using gas every day. And the €60-€80 quote is just a front. And the deposit money is never been talked about either. Like what others have said, agents would say “they can’t do anything about it.” At least a computation of previous month charges to be given, but none. To anyone who wants a gas, never Bord gais for personal or business use.
