Having had dealings with Karen and her staff for a considerable amount of time I'd like to re-assure anyone reading these reviews that Karen is a highly professional person who go's out her way to engage with customers and business associates alike with the highest degree of transparency , honesty and integrity . Karen is a kind & consummate professional who genuinely cares about her customers needs and expectations . And this emanates through her staff whenever I have dealings with them . Just to clarify .. I am a local business person , completely unconnected to KPEA . My regular dealings with her are never less than a joy and a pleasure . Finally , (for those that may be unaware) . Karen was awarded . very recently. in the Houses Of Parliament for her business achievements and services to the town Karen and her staff really are a credit to Southport & I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services .
