The operatives overcharge customers and…
The operatives overcharge customers and do not understand english. We paid extra for the "Triple Foam Wash" at Worksop on the 19/01/2025, and they only gave us the cheap plain water "Eco Wash!" When we complained, they claimed they didn't understand and walked off, keeping the extra money. They didn't appear at all concerned and kept repeating the only phrase they appeared to know, which was "card or cash?" We will not be using IMO again. This business desperately needs someone at all branches who can understand English and keep up good customer relations.
