O wow where do I start over 25 years…

O wow where do I start over 25 years with this bank and they have now taken a massive dive to become an unprofessional not fit for purpose company… I payed for an item and 3 days later another payment was taken without my permission.. I contacted Lloyds and 5 customer service agents … omg first a nice lady tried to transfer me to the fraud team … half hour later answer a lady with a Nigerian accent music playing in the back ground sounded like she had just woken up and answered with em hello as if she wasn’t expecting a phone call … a kid playing in the background playing a zilaphone loudly … so unprofessional I asked if she actually works for Lloyds bank fraud team and she said I am loyds bank I was worried that the call had been transferred to some random person so I said I’m not confident in this call … I then called the number on the back of my card again and the lady tried everything for me not to speak to the fraud team finally the last advisor transferred me th man explained I was best of making a dispute… regardless of this the payment I didn’t authorise is counted as a disput so any one is aloud to take multiple payments with out your permission wow not a bank I trust anymore I will be withdrawing every penny and moving to a professional bank with morals and a system that is fit for purpose…. Lloyds I am disappointed disgusted and shocked and will be taking my 25years loyalty away from you I hope others do the same
