We are simply delighted that we used Lextons! They managed the whole sale and purchase process for us with professionalism and the utmost care. Peter and James guided us through the initial stages, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. From here, Karen took over the main negotiations and was incredible - the only way to describe it. Karen kept us informed every step of the way and when some unforeseen complications arose with the sale, she managed these calmly and with great skill. All matters were resolved patiently and deftly and our fears of losing the home we wanted were allayed. Indeed we moved in a week ago! We are indebted to Lextons - especially Peter, James and Karen - and we cannot thank them enough for making it possible for us to move into our beautiful home. We could not recommend them highly enough.
