I am a motability customer and Ohme was the charger that was supplied for installation and installed by Ascent Energy through the scheme. The Ascent Energy customer service team called me to arrange a suitable time for installation and the electrician arrived on time and talked me through everything that was going to happen and got straight onto the installation and was done in a couple of hours and cleared everything up and everything was ready to start charging as soon as my car was ready to be collected from my dealership.
