Great customer service and maintained car rental
Shuttle from airport: The wait for their shuttle was long compared to the other car rental options (Denver Airport location) as this particular company has a small van, not a bus. So be prepared to wait and be ok with having a couple shuttle vans pass you up. The actual car rental office was clean and organized. Customer service was excellent! Kalki was amazing, personable, professional and explained things thoroughly from the tolls to insurance WITHOUT the pressures of having to purchase these, and if not interested in purchasing she was honest and provided other options that would be more suitable for your travels! Car rental: Was given a complimentary upgrade. Car was clean and well maintained. Other customer service reps. were outside shuffling car rentals around and were of great assistance with explaining and answering questions about our car rental. OVERALL, highly recommend and will be returning!
