Polite and knowledgeable staff - very helpful
We'd decided which trip we wanted and had a discount code as a repeat customer. We couldn't find a way of applying that on-line, so phoned to make the arrangements. The lady was very helpful and able to book us on the trip, taking time to confirm our requirements and making sure details were correct. Perfect service (even rang me back after my phone died) and we were impressed with the level of professionalism. Faultless in every way and we'd happily recommend Riviera Travel.
