Bait and Switch
I recently discovered Openbank and was interested in their 4.75% interest rate for HYS. My money hasn't officially cleared due to their long processing times, yet I've already received an email that the rate has dropped to 4.4%. I feel very deceived and can't even transfer my money back out until it officially shows as "available". Classic bait and switch in my opinion.
