I never received the device to claim…
I never received the device , they claim that I entered the wrong address which I never do. Royal mail returned twice. No effort to call me even after I emailed them twice confirming he address after the initial purchase I always receive my mail. Their customer service is crap avoid this company. There are a fraud. This experience has delayed my business trip to São Paulo causing enormous, financial impact and they won’t refund the cost. I would’ve use the service again on my return if the customer service was up to scratch, but no way. Everyone experiencing the same problems call your credit card company to dispute Thank you
