I've had horrible experience with finalrental on Malta. First of all I couldn't book my car using their website getting constant payment errors while trying to use multiple credit cards. The very next day someone from them contact me asking about those issues and after short conversation I've received a voucher for my booking. Yesterday was the day I was planning to get the car from them landing with my partner and our 9 month old son but there was no one on the airport and after few calls someone finally answered and said that someone will pick us up within few minutes. 5 minutes later I got another call from them and this time they said that my booking was cancelled without notifying me about that. Yes, they left us in the evening with small baby and no one was giving a s#*$ about that. Avoid them as you'll never be sure whether you'll get a car or your reservation was cancelled without letting you know about it. Btw I've got an apology letter few hours later from the guy that dropped positive feedback few comments below soooooo.......huge LOL
