Store#2628

Store#2628, 1/6 @0900 This is a beach town and there aren’t that many of us during the off season. I live here. One would think, been here 2 years now, they would at least recognize my face and say SOMETHING, anything. Good morning, haven’t seen you in a minute, something. Does not happen. There were as many employees in the store this AM as there were customers. Not one person made eye contact. Kevin, store manager I believe, started to walk toward me and then turned around. It is obvious the store culture is not one of friendly out going customer service. There are only 2 people in this store that actually seem to recognize me and speak. What in the world?!! Customer service so easy to provide. I continue to be disappointed how that store is allowed to continue without promoting service and keeping those who live here from driving over the bridge to shop, Lowe’s, Harris Teeter or Walmart.
