Poor Support: account cancellation
I have recently contacted them 1 month in advance to close my account. They asked me to do it on the day I leave which I did. they stalled the cancellation asking for unnecessary documents for 21 days and then charged me for these 21 days while I was out of the apartment! Very poor support and unprofessional move for a company like this.
