Worst Customer Service Ever
I placed an order and received confirmation, then 2 days later a shipping confirmation, I tried multiple days to track the order but it kept saying "waiting for Carrier pick-up" After 10 days I emailed them and got a canned reply that they needed to escalate the request to a supervisor. 2 days later I called and was told that they could not "re-ship" an order that had never shipped in the first place and they had refunded me. I could place a new order and wait for another 10 to 14 days to see if it actually shows. This company has the absolute worst customer service in the world!
