Totally Disgusted
My gas boiler broke down and needs replacing. I contacted Bord Gais to have a new boiler supplied and fitted. I was texted and emailed to say one of their localheroes would be in contact to arrange a survey. Have now received a text and email telling me that no one is available. However when I was getting my boiler serviced they had no problem sending an engineer from Clonmel to Cork to do it. Can't believe a company of this size can't provide a boiler replacement service. Will be moving my gas and electricity accounts to another company when my contract expires.
