Lebara customer service advisor was…

Lebara customer service advisor was appalling. I was trying to switch across as a new customer and rang them to ask for advice. The lady spoke very broken English and the line was terrible so I had to ask her to repeat the information, where she became very aggressive and condescending with her tone. Safe to say, I will not be transferring my service across to them.
