Lazy Royal Mail delivery driver and patronizing employee
Lazy Royal Mail delivery driver, didn't even attempt to deliver my parcel, just stated on the delivery email that it was handed directly to a neighbour. The neighbour being the post office. I went to go and collect my parcel only to be patronized by the bloke behind the desk who insisted that my address being different on my provisional driving license is an issue in regards to my parcel getting delivered, how? how is that an issue? I've just moved into my flat and my driving test is next month so there's no point in me changing it yet. When I asked him to elaborate on how that is an issue regarding my parcel being delivered, he proceeded to tell me that if I were to get pulled over and my address is wrong on my provisional license, I'd be in a lot of trouble. what has that got to do with me getting my parcel delivered to my address? and I'm not going to get pulled over because I cannot drive yet. it seems like they just let anyone work at a post office now, people who feel like they can give their opinion when it's unwanted and unasked for.
