If I could give negative 100 stars I would. These guys have been stringing me along since last Friday rescheduling literally 6 times now . We are now literally five days and six reschedules later for a single plumber to come and visit my house. Good thing I'm not inundated in water and need a plumber right away, right? Except that we can't flush a toilet because we've got a blockage. That means we can't shower, do dishes, wash clothes, shit, piss or shave. That does wonders for my wife who's in a wheelchair. Thanks Reliance. Make sure you stay away from this company as far away as you can. As a follow-up to your response, No, I won't be calling your customer service desk to waste even more of my time. I contacted another plumber and got services within 16 hours of contacting them, on schedule. If you want to investigate be my guest. Go for it. It's for a customer that called for service in the west end of Hawkesbury, Ontario, with phone # ending in *37, I would hope you don't have this many customers that have to call back at least 6 times for the same call.
