Worst service ever
Worst service ever! Poor responsiveness and communication, no understanding of the many issues I had in my flat. At some point, I was left for more than 10 days without hot water at all and when I called them to inform that I will stop paying the rent until it's fixed, they replied that "in this case, they will cancel the planned work and I will stay without hot water". When I had massive cracks appearing on the walls and ceiling, they sent a Salesman to look at the issue. On various occasions, they had "lost" the pictures I had sent to them. These are only a few examples of the numerous issues I had in this flat and the poor service I received from them and their partners. Definitely the worst estate agent I came across in 20 years of renting (16 flats in 4 different countries, never had such a bad experience).
