Great job throughout
New customer to the company, and had not received an energy bill in last 4 months. I called after 2months and was advised the property had an outstanding bill of £400+, I requested an invoice from the accounts dept who didnt respond and the deadline for paying the outstanding amount - without being issued a invoice - had come so I followed up on my email and then emailed the help desk. My issue was picked up by the friendly and professional Sarah W. Who not only managed to rectify my issue and remove the erroneous additions, but kept me informed of actions taking place through the process. in under an hour everything was resolved. sometimes you just need the right person to help you, Thank you SarahW!
