Great service from nice people
On 19.07.2023 Lextons did two hours of 'block viewings' and showed nine viewers my flat - the following day I had tenants confirmed. Swiftly thereafter all the relevant checks were carried out (EIPC etc) and meanwhile I was in communication with Sofia, who was arranging the references, tenancy agreement and inventory. By 07.08.2023 I heard again from Sofia with the references and by 09.08.2023 the tenancy agreement was signed by all the parties and sent to me under cover of a helpful email from Sofia confirming the next steps and links for any maintenance/accounts queries for future ref. A lot of work had been promptly carried out on my behalf while I just got on with my life, no fuss, no hassle and a great service from nice people. Very reassuring.
