TopCar attempted to provide a car in poor condition, with completely bald tires. When I requested a replacement, they were rude and even threatened to call the police. The staff at the order desk apologized, and from what I understand, this is not the first time they’ve dealt with a situation like this.

I have been enjoying this brand for over 5 years. Their Earl Grey Premium tea is amazing... The last time I had a problem with an order (the tea packaging was damaged along with the delivery box), but they refunded 100% of my order amount. I have been enjoying this brand for over 5 years.
