Poor Customer Service
Firstly, this review is about the service level, not the posties, sorting office staff, etc. An important letter from the bank was sent 1st class and took 6 days to deliver A birthday card purchased on line took 7 days to come. This resulted in a replacement shop purchase due to being too late for said birthday. I guess the refund given by the online supplier hit them hard. A traffic offence was sent and not redirected as paid for. The reminder was actually redirected.... This is a very poor service which, in any private company, would be investigated and root cause rectified.
