Quite possibly the worst solicitors we have had dealings with. The generation of a raft of documents, which were either not required or incorrectly completed. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating, taking up to 4 weeks to respond to e-mails. A failure to confirm receipt of e-mails, which was requested on a regular basis. A failure to address legitimate concerns. Hugely unimpressed and would not recommend Taylor Rose (Bishop Stortford).
