Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience! Ordered Aproderm cream for my baby, was sent Diprobase instead. Emailed them regarding this, it took 4 emails until somebody actually phoned me. They then expected me to walk 20 mins to my nearest P.Office & pay return postage to send the incorrect item back, before they would send out the item which I actually ordered in the first place!! All the while I still don't have the cream I need for my baby's eczema. In the end I just kept the incorrect cream (leaving me £10 out of pocket) and ordered the the product I needed from Amazon, much more reliable & professional than this company. Needless to say I shan't be ordering from them ever again!!! I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD, THAT THE FOLLOWING REPLY TO MY REVIEW WAS INDEED A COMPLETE LIE! I CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO LOG YET ANOTHER COMPLAINT. THIS JUST GOES TO SHOW HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS COMPANY TRULY IS. UNBELIEVABLE!!! *** Follow up response for 2nd time. Once again, what you are saying is a complete fallacy. I was neither refunded nor sent the correct item out!!! I SHALL NOW BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS AS THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! How you are allowed to publish such complete & utter lies, are beyond me.
