Sophie Sheppard - Senior Property Manager
For well over a year now Sophie Sheppard has been my property manager, managing one of my condos in Hampton. Recently, i decided to put the property on the market, which at the time i did not realize the issues that would surface regarding my long-term tenant and the following sale. I have to say i am truly blessed to have had Sophie in my camp. She has been a very proactive property manager that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks on both the owner and tenants' side, from rent issues, property maintenance issues to basic well being of the tenant. I travel a lot for work, so i can be assured that when Sophie emails me, it's about something i need to deal with. Sophie's emails do not just dump the problem in my lap to sort out, she provides probable solutions and ways forward to solve whatever issue is at hand. More recently as previously intimated, Sophie was a godsend, with respect to relocating my tenant (including court proceedings) and finalizing the condo for handover to the new buyer. I have never physically met Sophie, but dealing with her has been an actual pleasure. She is always polite, attentive and knows her stuff. A real pleasure to have her in my team, so to speak! There is not a lot more that i can add here except - Thank you Sophie, for everything - your advice, your actions and making me feel that my property is / was in very good hands.
