When my Mother passed away

When my Mother passed away, Wells Fargo made it extremely difficult to close and or manage her accounts and affairs. They froze her checking account (with my money in it) without checking to see if there was a power of attorney , which I was. Then they have 24hour customer service which is a joke....they tell you they don't have authority to preform simple functions and a "complaint " may take up to 2 days to resolve....save yourself so many issues ....dont use wells fargo bank...
