positive customer support experience
I had to call Santana / Openbank yesterday as I made a serious blunder where I accidentally transferred funds to a wrong account (my fault, I misread the instructions) at my external bank. I was freaking out and worried my savings were lost. But the customer service representative Keeta was so kind and patient with me, really listened, stayed on the line with me the entire time, walking me through all the steps when I got confused, and resolved the issue in a half hour. The funds are already back in my account. Honestly one of the more positive customer service experiences I have ever had with a bank! It definitely made me want to keep the hysa open instead of closing it out (the 4.2% interest doesn't hurt!) Happy to give her/them a shoutout!
