I have bought and sold so many bags and shoes to Luxe Collective and have had no issues in the past. I sold two bags of mine which was sold quiet quickly, one April 17th which I was paid 18 days later and the other was sold April 22nd. I received an email May 8th stating my refund will be paid within 3 working days! Still waiting. I only looked into this to see if anyone else had any issues and i was shocked to see so many. If id known they were closing, I wouldnt of sold them my bag. Its unfortunate for what the company has gone through since the robbery, however they need to tie up the loose ends. Leaving so many costumers out of pocket is so unfair and wrong. Can anyone help? How do i go about getting my money? They replied quiet quickly to my email first time and said they will chase it, and now they are not replying.
