Dodgy AF
Firstly, just read all the 3* 4* and 5* reviews on here. They're clearly all fake. They have the same wording, grammar, and cadence as all other internet fake comments. (Edit: and all their replies are generic that show they didn't read and acknowledge the issues; see below) Secondly, this company is just processing fake debt on behalf of their parent company and are really sketchy, use aggressive communication tactics, and demand reams of personal data to discuss it. Trying to bully people into paying what they don't owe just to stop the letters. Unacceptable, and the fact that the genuine comments (you can tell because they actually sound like they were written by real people) are all one star reviews speaks volumes.
