Poor service, ignoring emails
Shocking service. Booked me a test twice at the wrong test centre, only after i emailed, they clarified it had been a mistake. After 60 days i emailed asking for a refund as states in their policy. It’s been over two weeks now and no reply despite them replying to me before within a day! Wouldn’t mind if i could get a full refund but they seem to be ignoring it.
