RUN AWAY!!!
I had Red pocket service for about seven years. Two years by myself, then we added a line, or another account (it was never clear which). When it came time for a routine update of credit card info for the automatic renewal, something went FUBAR and my account got locked down and I went without phone service for over a week. Oddly, my wife's account stayed in service during that time. I marched to a Boost Mobile store and opened a new service account, but Red Pocket seemed uninterested or unwilling to close out the old account and port the numbers to Boost. I spent significant parts of four days on the phone with a few people who were hard for me to understand. Of the four sessions on the phone (not to mention several chats), I felt like only in the last one did anyone try hard to actually help me, all others were a waste of time. From now on I'm only dealing with a service that keeps a storefront so I can look the agent in the eyes when he or she tries to lie to me. I DO NOT recommend!!
