No communication, order wrong, no tracking
Ordered on the 9th July for next day delivery, by Saturday still nothing received emailed them. Got email on Sunday with an apology they will ship a new order out if DHL have lost it. Monday was told they're waiting to hear from DHL. That was the last communication with them. Received order today. I am missing 1 vape and the 3 I did receive are wrong. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and now the lack of care with my order. I'm waiting for a response as I obviously emailed them to let them know it's all wrong. We shall see. Oh and to top it off at no point was I given the tracking to trace my own order.
