A disgrace
A disgrace. Worst service. Wait time 45 minutes. Then took over an hour. An hour to transfer an account as training staff had to keep going to supervisers. Never in my life have I experienced the like. Also I do not blame the call staff. The managers should be ashamed of themselves running a service like this. No stars. And God help the poor call staff dealing with us after leaving us on so long. Managers not doing their jobs
