I placed an order for some ACO grating and paid extra for Next Day delivery. They didn’t arrive and thought uh oh! Especially when I then looked on Trustpilot and read all the negative reviews! I contacted them by email and did get a reply with an apology and a refund for the additional delivery cost and the items then arrived all safe and sound - just a couple of days later than planned, but they were exactly what I needed.
