No customer service
I have had a frustrating time trying to contact this company to i) cancel an order one day after placing it because I decided it was not suitable for my needs, and ii) then three weeks later when it arrived I tried again to contact to arrange return. In all cases I had no reply whatsoever. Looks as though customer service is non-existent. Very unsatisfactory. Paypal suggested I place a review to voice my opinion.
