Poor communication, didn't want our money!
We had a disappointing experience with My Cruises recently. Tried to book 2 cruises in 2025, cumulative $25k, but they didn't seem interested in our custom. Dealt with by an employee, sent us wrong cruise info, then didn't get back to us for days so we booked via another agency. We sent a separate enquiry but never received a response. Enquiries ID - 16376906 and ID - 16376933. Earlier in 2024 we booked a cruise package with My Cruises and it was all good.
