I want to love Amber
I want to love Amber, I really do. But my transfer over to them has been one frustration after another. I signed up early Dec 19, didn't hear anything until January, had to follow up with them. Thought I'd move over to them after my regular meter read mid Jan, but it didn't happen for some reason. Finally got my final meter reading taken in March. It then took 6 weeks for a smart meter to be installed, not Amber's fault as far as I know. A meter reading was taken when the old meter was removed a few weeks ago, yet I'm still waiting for the bill for that period and have had to chase Amber up for it a couple of times. It just seems really disorganised over there. Hope they can get it together because I do really want to love Amber.
