Run, don't walk away from Intrepid!

Like other Customer's here. Intrepid cancelled my trip and gave me a 50% credit. I requested a refund and they did not acknowledge my request for weeks. They have let all their tour guides go and not helping them in anyway yet they have kept Customer money. Run, don't walk away from ever booking with this company. If we were to cancel the trip on our own accord, they keep 100% of our money, when they cancel, they think they get to keep 100% of the money. Intrepid is trying to improve their brand responding to comments so I am updating. They have changed their billing terms multiple times and were slapped on the wrist by consumer watchdog groups after they retroactively backdated Booking terms. They were informed their practice is a breach of contract. I still say run, don’t walk away from this company. They cannot be trusted. They also edit social media by removing negative comments and blocking people.
