Please upgrade your website - you are losing business !

Please upgrade your website - it is completely useless when prompts don't work and information which is entered does not register. You are left sitting in a page that does not process anything and does not let you proceed in the reservation process. You are losing online business. I have attempted several times to book flights on the Singapore Airlines website to be told that my password is invalid, but it does not allow me to reset it. Does Singapore Airlines no longer want loyal customers ? I ended up booking with other airlines on more than one or two or three occasions. Very disappointing !

Customer service is unavailable to…

Customer service is unavailable to assist in simple things such as checking gift card balances. Followed instructions when prompted and was given a message to go to the website. Nobody was there to answer questions regarding my gift card balance. They said to write a request and wait for a reply. Really ?!?! Isn't there a better system to retrieve gift card balances than this ? I still haven't received an answer regarding how much is left on my gift card.
