extremely dissatisfied with online store order ordered four cans each can delivered was dented each can was dented in a different place did not order dented cans was not informed dented cans would be delivered was not asked if i wanted dented cans was not given a choice cbtl emailed an apology but neither compensation nor resolution wrote they hoped i would order in the future will not order again will not step into storefront never again

I have patronized this local store, near my doctors office, three times in the last week. I liked their herbal iced teas. But today, I realized that a phishing PayPal email transaction (fraudulent one!), arose from the Jollibee corporation The Coffee Bean & Tea leaf! When I tried to download their app for points and coupons, my iPhone advised me NOT TO PROCEED. I didn’t, but tried logging in through the website. I reported this to the local store but the drive up girl said I needed the app for their 50% off on Mondays after 12:00. Her eyes got big when I told her of my experience! I asked her for their corporate headquarters phone number. She didn’t know it; but it’s in California. What a nightmare! This corporation is all over the internet for how its website had been hacked. I can’t even reach the company to talk to a human. Hackers are everywhere, but I don’t need to patronize this company any longer.

Really like this Coffee Chain. They have many locations in Southern California, and offer different choices from Starbucks. I really like the hot tea lattes, something you can't really get at Starbucks. The only issue is they are limited geographically, so you have to live or visit in very specific areas. Very good mobile ordering and overall friendly staff. Only complaint is their app, everytime they do a update I lose my login.

I have been waiting for almost 6 months for a bag of coffee I ordered and paid for. Can't speak with anyone, just emails telling you they will send a tracking number and a coupon and never follow through. How does a business stay in business. My my book, you stole from me. Why? I was a customer for over 4 years, but never again. Plenty of coffee company's out there. My emailing has been going on since February with a gal Jessica C. So dissatisfied and I know a little bit about sales, I've been in the business for over 25 years. I am leaving this review for my Mother. Sent another email tonight, guess I'll wait and see if they will make this right.

I wonder if those who run this company even care about customer reviews? Sadly, I love their Vanilla Ceylon tea but they are always sold out, along with many other brands. How do they stay in business? And I can't find an 800 number to call them and I emailed them my concern and of course I've gotten no response.

I visited The Coffee Bean at the Vegas airport. Ordered a large x-hot chair tea. Gave the cashier a $50 she gave me change for a $20 and refused giving me change.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They cancel orders with an automated response. I tried to contact them to confirm the order, but they don't respond.

I bought $80 worth of coffee from their website coffeebean.com, and they sent me outdated coffee. They dont have a phone # to call, they only have a form to fill out on their website in order to contact them. I have filled out this form at least 8 times in the last month, I have included all of the required information like the order number, and my contact phone and email. There is an auto-reply email sent to me each time saying that a customer relations specialist will be contacting me. NO ONE EVER CONTACTS ME!! Its been a month and a half now, Such bad business

Customer service is unavailable to assist in simple things such as checking gift card balances. Followed instructions when prompted and was given a message to go to the website. Nobody was there to answer questions regarding my gift card balance. They said to write a request and wait for a reply. Really ?!?! Isn't there a better system to retrieve gift card balances than this ? I still haven't received an answer regarding how much is left on my gift card.

Wish the coffee wasn't that hot at Anson branch...

Mid Valley - I wanted to order a birthday cake (Straits) for Saturday , 1/7 but it being a public holiday (29/6) and the bakery was closed, Nadhiyah (not sure how to spell her name), the Asst Manager told me she would contact me the next day to update if my order was possible. Based on my past experiences with other cafes, I would have to call them to check my order but Nadhiyah, true to her word, contacted me to confirm my order. When I went to collect the cake, the place was buzzing with customers, but still she was very polite and efficiently passed me the cake. Two days later, I went for a drink and she recognized me and asked how the cake was. It was truly a delight to see how her PR skills were so genuinely displayed. I would appreciate the management forward my comments to her and at the same time, give her a word of praise. Hard working and courteous staff deserved to be complimented especially by their employers. Thank you.

Always been a fan of their strong coffee that makes me stay awake and focus more on my study. The place was well lit amd perfect for meetings and group sessions. The service was great too and their staff were very approcheable. All in all, it was a great experience. So, if you are looking for a place to relax or hangout with your friends CBTL is the best place to be.

Harry Reid Airport LV, NV The coffee was alright, the service was really poor. The lady ringing me up literally didn’t even look at me while taking my order and acted as if I was interrupting her conversation with her co-worker. I paid over 7 dollars for the coffee! Lol. I do know all about another coworkers new girlfriend and how the person taking my order thinks she’s really ugly. So if you’re out there “J”, sorry about that all my best on your new relationship.

I visited the cbtl outlet in Amritsar which is near Golden temple. I was extremely happy and delighted to see the service and quality of the restaurant. Special mention to Nisha who made a fabulous customised coffee for me and my wife. Keep it up Nisha. Your coffee was even better than Delhi Sameer New Delhi

The employees were to busy talking to each other to get my order right. I was the only one there so it wasn't crowded. I ordered chai tea it tasted like sweet milk. I was in too bug of a hurry or I would have went back. It is a store inside of Kaiser

Dead insects in the food - the waiter did not care, and seemed angry when I told her. I didn’t get apologies or discount, but had to pay the full amount. The food was not served at the same time, so the food was getting cold, while waiting at the rest. The food was crazy expensive, and really low quality.

Just your average café, offered products are not that unique compared to other coffee shops

Coffee tasted burnt, customer service was horrible, talked to me like I was dumb, complained about having to toast my bagel, couldn’t make hot coffee flavors iced and were mad when I asked. They either need better training or new employees. Take the short walk to Starbucks. 100% do not recommend.

The customer service is HORRIBLE at COFFEE BEAN, not friendly, don't acknowledge customers, they definitely could use some training on customer service, and of few of them are rude especially ALEX, I enjoy the product but can't say the same for CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!
