Our driver, Dave, was excellent. Very informative and helpful. The itinerary on the Isle of Wight was good and we visited interesting places. Hotel comfortable with excellent meal choices, although felt rushed between courses but appreciate with three coaches it has to be timed. All the staff at the hotel were courteous and friendly.

Our first holiday with Alfa and we weren't disappointed. Visited Hampton Court Palace, London and Windsor. Coach driver, Callum, was excellent. Thatchers Hotel appears to be in early stages of accepting coaching groups. A couple of hiccups with late service for dinner one evening; cold plates at breakfast time each morning (does need addressing, as the nice food went cold quickly). All in all the hotel was clean and staff friendly. The trips were excellent.
