Poor response from EFFY NY
I've been purchasing EFFY jewelry for a number of years. Recently, I received my gemstone bracelet loose inside a plastic zip bag. I emailed EFFY New York and asked if they would send a felt pouch or if I could purchase a pouch for my bracelet. I received an email from EFFY stating that they do not sell the pouches and no, I could not receive one. Spending my money on a gemstone bracelet only to receive it inside a plastic bag was one insult, but for EFFY to respond with a closed door made me decide to stop buying from EFFY.
