Extremely fast and efficient service but temper expectations on phone payment
Great service for selling phone, everything is made extremely clear and free postage provided for you to send in your phone to sell. Payment is also instant once you accept the quote. Only criticism is the payment ended up being much less than anticipated due to scratches in my phone that weren’t there and I felt the phone was in better condition than made out in final quote. However, the service itself was faultless.
