First class service, highly recommended.

This is the second time we have used PCS and they did not disappoint. Our main contact Adam Hennessy was responsive, helpful and always took action when needed. In stressful times of a house move you need a conveyancer who is going to chase, react and move your sale/purchase forward, PCS did this. Even when Adam was not available his assistant, Rebecca, was able to pick up and keep us updated (unlike many conveyancers who pause the process as they are not around). There was even a stand in conveyancer during Adams holiday who progressed our sale/purchase swiftly without causing any delays. I would recommend PCS without any doubt and would certainly use again if needed. Even though they are not local to us, it made no difference to the speed or process, as the bulk of work is electronic and email so no on site visits required. Very happy customer, now in our new home:-)
