I was referred to Rula. They sent an email with the name, date and time of the initial appointment. Sent a questionnaire to help the provider get to know me and what I was seeking. The first provider and I weren't a match only because they were not experienced with 2 key things about my lifestyle. But they were really nice and we went through more details that they enetered in the chart and at the end they said they were reaching out to recommend a therapist who had experience with my lifestyle. Within 24 to 48 hours I received an email with a list of providers who had experience with my lifestyle. I read through each bio and found one I felt would be a good fit for me. I replied with the provider and date and time of the appointment. Its was booked and not just for that day but for the next 3 or 4 weeks, same day of the week, same time. Everything was quick and easy. Everyone was super helpful in helping match me with someone who was a good fit. I knew before the video visit was even over he was the therapist for me. The automatic follow-ups being booked in advance to ensure I had my appointments is so convenient. I was leery at first about the whole thing but the whole experience has been easy and stress free which as someone with ADHD and GAD it's been helpful. I haven't had to stress or worry. The emails with your appointments will even add it to your calendar with a reminder if you want. I appreciate that also.
