Intentionally Defrauding Customers
The sales rep was very helpful and informative when onboarding my account. Once onboarded, the service was fine for the first few 2-3 weeks. After spending over $4,000 in credits for the first 2-3 weeks, we decided to purchase more credits and reloaded for another $4,120. Then that's when the problems started. After a week of texting, our messages started becoming undeliverable. In addition, my account was clearly hacked and Trumpia refused to acknowledge the security breach and wanted to place the blame on me. Long story short, I decided to cancel (with half of my credits remaining). My sales rep even confirmed that cancellation and refund request was already placed, and that he was waiting for his billing director to come back from vacation. All of this is documented from 6/13/24. My recurring billing date was on the 21st, and cancellation was done on the 13th. Guess what? Not only did I not receive a refund (should've been appx $2k), they charged me another $4,120 again on the 21st. If you are interested in mass texting, I would advise you to stay away from this company. I will be pursuing litigation for breach of data and unauthorized credit card charges. They could've simply reversed the $4k charge and denied the refund, but now they will have to cover my attorney fees as well.
